A scheme to help JPMorgan achieve its goal of hiring 4, black students in full-time positions, apprenticeships, and internships over the next five years.
A two-week residency work placement initiative in which JPM partnered with the Social Mobility Foundation to bring sixth-form students to its London offices for an overview of its businesses, job training and skills development. It allows students see first-hand the opportunities available to them in our global business. The scheme targets high-achieving secondary school students from low-income backgrounds. Those who are accepted into the ITE Diversity Scholars Program are eligible to continue in the program, so long as they maintain acceptable progress toward graduation in the field of transportation engineering, planning, or a related field, and fulfill the minimum established standards for GPA specific criteria listed under eligibility requirements.
